LifeTime sponsors a myriad of events. I designed an oversized media and sponsorship book to promote even more. They gave me some brand standards and access to their image library, and I took it from there. Here are just a few pages. I also helped create a vehicle wrap and banner ads for 10 cities in 7 sizes, in 24 hours. Now that's a marathon.
I've spent over six years as a contract art director creating print and digital for many of Merkle's clients. One of those clients is EmblemHealth, a health care provider in New York for New Yorkers. I worked through several marketing channels for both general audiences and Medicare, designing direct mail, collateral, social media and direct TV. Enough to fill its own website. Here are a few examples.
Bremer is another client that I've worked on at more than one agency. These ads are just a fraction of the campaign I worked on for Bolin Marketing. The campaign included multiple-sized print ads, outdoor and radio.
Working as a freelance AD for Hanley Wood Marketing, I helped concept and art direct over 30 ads as part of a presentation for Brookfield Residential (following their brand guidelines, of course). They develop communities for young families to seniors around the country, many of them in Texas.
FedEx Office (previously Kinkos), fills their stores with signage showing examples of their products and services. Things like folders, postcards, large format die-cut signage, and posters. But those examples are all created for made-up businesses like architects and tech companies. I designed these "props" for a Hanley Wood Marketing photo shoot. They would eventually be the heroes of their in-store signage. If they seem overly simple, it's because when they're in a photo, busy equals distracting. You have to think backwards on these.
I had a chance to spend some time in San Francisco with the marketing team of LifeLock, and I've never met a client that knows their audience better. As part of a freelance team, I helped create direct mail packages and emails that encourage people to sign up for identity theft protection. Change your passwords, people.
I spent a couple of years freelancing at Periscope working on Cox Communications, taking an Excel spreadsheet and an approved set of elements, and building countless
in-store signage elements. It's a lot more fun than it sounds.
Infinity Direct asked for an ad that illustrates the need for a direct marketing agency as well as a brand agency. We created Brenda as an example to make that point. Finding your audience in new ways, and speaking directly to them is money well spent.
For years, I've been married to the very talented furniture designer and owner of Primo Craft. I've retouched countless images for his website, and designed all kinds of print materials.
